A squishy ball with many uses!
To release the physical tension for anyone working on a keyboard, during the work day. By actively squishing it in each hand you exercise muscles which may have been underused or overused repetitively.
Also useful to bring your awareness back to their physical body, and away from the overactive thinking mind, particularly for anxiety sufferers.
Quick game of catch with the co-workers, what a great way to connect, and de-stress!
It can be used for rolling some areas of the body (eg foot, forearms) if you can only manage a light touch. It is not firm enough for anyone requiring a deeper touch.
