Epsom Salts are Magnesium Sulphate. They can be dissolved in warm water to soak your body in a bath tub, or just your feet in a shallow bucket or foot bath.

Magnesium is a natural mineral needed by the body. It is beneficial to the nervous system and can be very relaxing to soak in and leaves skin feeling smooth.

The Epsom Salts I stock are high grade and concentrated magnesium. Just a cup in the bathtub, or a couple of tablespoons in a foot bath is all that is required to soak in the goodness.
